California Health Corps, finally!

Finally, the Gov. of California had a "bright new" idea to form the California Health Corps-please see the screenshot below. Considering that I was the organizer and the Commander of the Malibu Medical Reserve Corps(MMRC) in 2003, it's not a moment too soon.
